Airyolland Farm is in beautiful south west Scotland, where the sun (almost) always shines! We are just 2 hours’ drive from Glasgow, 3 hours from Edinburgh, and a 90 minute drive from Ayr or Dumfries. Our farm is located in the Luce Valley, a short, scenic drive from the A75, 8 miles east of Stranraer.
Our little corner of rural Scotland is not well served by public transport, which is why we recommend travelling by car. However, for those who wish to embark on a visit by public transport, our nearest train station is Stranraer (8 miles away), the closest bus stop is Castle Kennedy (4 miles) and we recommend Mclean’s Taxis you can reach them on 01776 705555.
If you’re travelling to or from Northern Ireland, Cairnryan ferry port is just is 10 miles away, which makes a visit to Kitchen Coos & Ewes a fun way to spend a couple of hours before hitting the water.
